Job Description
This position requires passing the technical evaluation and the desire to learn more about technical resolution. Candidate will be training with the Internal Support staff at HQ Seneca when working day shifts.

Job Responsibilities

  • Answer the support lines with the correct client greeting and immediately establish a friendly and helpful tone.
  • Gather from the caller all information required by the client
  • Enter caller's support request into the call management system with complete & correct information describing the request.
  • When time permits, work on resolving calls and troubleshooting problems.
  • Route to the appropriate resource for resolution when necessary and follow-up with caller to determine how it was resolved.

Skill Sets and Experience Required

  • Must have advanced skills in application, operating system, and network troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Windows 95, Novell, and remote access.
  • Experience with Windows NT, Macintosh OS, and graphics applications helpful.
