Job Description
Responsible for selling and increasing the company's market share of technology support services through own efforts by discovering and growing revenue opportunities. Will performing intensive prospecting activities to develop new accounts and strengthen existing client relationships within the support services industry. Will be required to develop marketing and sales strategy plans and will assist in developing and maintaining a pipeline to achieve required quota goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Complete sales cycle (from identification through closure) for prospects
- Develop and execute sales strategy for accounts
- Achieve annual quota
- Analyze & respond to RFP's
- Maintain prospect database
Skill Sets and Experience Required
- Desire to work in a high growth industry selling eCRM and technical support services
- 5 years successful sales experience in services, software or hardware
- Demonstrated knowledge of solution and value selling skills
- Self-starter with ability to manage complex sales process
- Experience in technical services (especially helpdesk) sales desired
- B.A. or B.S. desired

- Must demonstrate the ability to work independently or under only general supervision
