COMPANY OVERVIEW
For over 15 years, Seneca has been a leading provider of outsourced customer care, technical support, helpdesk and business process management (BPM) solutions for government and corporate clients, with specific applications for the food and security industries. Our client list includes government and state agencies, systems integrators, colleges and universities, software providers, restaurant chains, group purchasing organizations (GPOs) and nonprofits. Headquartered in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, Seneca's comprehensive solutions are used by more than 20,000 people and successfully process and resolve more than one million requests and transactions yearly.

In 2006, Seneca added a new suite of program modules specifically tailored to the food industry and today provide operations and quality assurance (QA) support programs for manufacturers, restaurants, foodservice companies and lodging/hospitality chains.
